All orders in the continental US have a flat rate shipping fee of $10.

Return Policy

In Store Purchases

In store purchases may be returned for a store credit only.

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase
• Items must be returned with the original receipt
• Items must have all tags attached
• Items must be free from stains, smells, and debris

Online Purchases

Online purchases that meet the following requirements may be returned for a refund. 

• Items must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase
• Items must have all tags attached
• Items must be free from stains, smells, and debris
• Note: Original shipping charges are not refundable.

To initiate a return, please use our contact form page to request authorization. No returns without an authorization will be processed. Items returned after 7 days from delivery date will not be accepted without exception. Any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender. 

At this time we cannot process returns to online orders in person at the store.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
